Private-beta terms

These terms describe the intended private-beta boundary but are not yet an approved customer contract. The legal service provider, governing law, support contact, launch countries, refund position, and fair-use wording still require owner and legal review.

Access and beta status

This is a development service, not an approved public launch. Signing in can currently create a workspace; an invitation-only enrollment gate has not yet been implemented. Features may change and interruptions are possible. Testers should keep independent exports of important work and use their agreed testing contact to report defects.

Your writing and permission to operate the service

The intended product rule is that authors retain ownership of their manuscript and other submitted content. faibl needs a limited permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service under an approved privacy and AI-data policy. Final legal wording is pending.

AI candidates

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other material, or unsuitable. The author must review it and remains responsible for what they accept, edit, export, or publish. faibl does not automatically approve generated prose.

Subscriptions and credits

The intended MVP offer is one monthly Writer plan with a short trial and non-rollover AI credits. The current development catalogue is provisional and uses Stripe test mode. Live price, tax, launch countries, refunds, failed-payment handling, and fair-use terms require explicit approval. Loss of AI entitlement must not remove manuscript read, edit, or export access.

Responsible use

Users must have the rights needed for content they submit and must not use the service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, compromise accounts or systems, evade limits, or disrupt the service. A final acceptable-use and suspension process still requires legal review.

Availability, termination, and consumer rights

A final agreement must explain service availability, account suspension and termination, data export windows, liability, dispute handling, refunds, and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those terms must be reviewed for Australian Consumer Law and any approved launch jurisdiction before acceptance is requested.
